At Advantage Transportation, our drivers travel thousands of miles across America every week. We are committed to operating safely, responsibly, and respectfully in every community we serve.
If you witnessed unsafe driving involving one of our trucks, we want to know immediately so we can investigate the matter thoroughly.
And if one of our drivers demonstrated exceptional courtesy, patience, professionalism, or safe driving, we would genuinely appreciate hearing about that too.
Because great drivers deserve recognition — not just complaints.
Every report matters
Every submission — whether positive or negative — is reviewed by our Safety Department. Our goal is continuous improvement, accountability, and recognition for drivers who represent our company professionally.

Report unsafe driving
Safety is our #1 priority, and we take every report seriously.
To help us properly investigate the incident, please provide as much information as possible. Written reports allow our Safety Department to review the details carefully, identify the driver and equipment involved, compare GPS and operational records, and take corrective action when necessary.
Helpful information includes:
- Truck number
- Truck color
- Trailer number
- Date & time
- Highway or street location
- Direction of travel
- Description of the behavior observed
- Photos or dashcam footage (if available)
Examples of reportable concerns:
- Aggressive driving
- Unsafe lane changes
- Speeding
- Distracted driving
- Following too closely
- Improper merging
- Unsafe parking or backing
- Road rage behavior

If one of our drivers demonstrated patience, courtesy, professionalism, or exceptional safety awareness, we would sincerely appreciate your feedback. Positive reports are shared directly with management and our drivers.
