At Advantage Transportation, we are committed to the safe operation of our trucks and trailers at all times. If you witnessed one of our drivers operating in a manner that appeared reckless, aggressive, careless, or unsafe, we want that information immediately.

We understand that after a frightening or frustrating incident, speaking to a live person right away may feel like the best response. We understand that completely. However, the best way for us to properly investigate the matter and protect the integrity of the process is to receive the details in writing.
A written report gives us the documentation we need to review the incident thoroughly, compare facts, identify the driver or equipment involved, and take corrective or disciplinary action when warranted.
Submit an Unsafe Driving Report
Please provide as much detail as possible, including the truck number, truck color, trailer number, date, time, location, and a clear description of the behavior you observed.
As part of our company policy, we will personally contact you within 72 hours to discuss the incident, unless you specifically request not to be contacted.
